压配机是用于小线轮辐和轮辋的装配，将轮辐压入轮辋内，并可根据需要手动设置轮辐轮辋之间的偏距值，定位准确，为轮辐和轮辋的焊接后的跳动提供保证。整机采用四柱式结构，能够保证压配时机身保持较好的刚性，提高了轮辐与轮辋压配时的同心度。

Press-fitting machine is used for assembly of small size disc and rim. It can press disc into rim precisely and can manually adjust offset distance between disc and rim. It also can locate accurately, which can guarantee disc and rims run-out after welding. The whole equipment adopts four-pillar structure, which can guarantee the machine body to keep its rigidity during assembly and can provide their concentricity.

The press-fitting machine is composed of pre-pressing cylinder, pull rod, sliding block, base seat, main oil cylinder and necessary molds.
